【Booking Info】
Please read the booking Info carefully before making a reservation. Completing the payment will be considered as agreement to the terms.

  • You can book online (click here) or by phone (Tel: 0955661256).

  • Please provide the exact number of guests and the ages of children when booking (e.g., 2 adults and 1 child, 5 years old). We do not accept children under the age of 3, except for whole-house booking.

  • Breakfast & Special Dietary Requests: All stays include breakfast and a freshly brewed coffee or beverage. If you have any special dietary needs, please inform us when booking. (For early check-out, we can prepare a simple takeaway breakfast—please notify us in advance.)

  • A Quiet & Peaceful Stay: Our homestay is a place of tranquility, without a TV, only the sounds of nature. We encourage our guests to embrace the peaceful countryside, unwind, and spend quality time with their loved ones.

  • Group Booking: Our doors are not hotel-grade soundproof, so this homestay is not suitable for late-night gatherings. If booking for more than 5 people, please call us for confirmation.

  • No smoking & no betel nut chewing anywhere inside the homestay. Thank you for your cooperation!

  • No pets allowed. (Sorry! >"<) However, we do have friendly cats in the outdoor area—they are part of nature and do not enter the house.

  • Whole-House All Rooms Booking Policy: ONLY Available Monday to Thursday and during the Lunar New Year period. And Phone reservations only.

  • Payment & Deposit: Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you the deposit payment details. After completing the transfer, please inform us of your transfer amount and the last three digits of your account number to secure your booking. If the deposit is not received by the deadline, the reservation will be automatically canceled. The remaining balance can be paid on-site via cash or credit card.

​【Check-in Info】

  • Check-in Time: 16:00 - 21:00 (If arriving later than 21:00, please contact us in advance. Thank you!)

  • Check-out Time: Before 11:00 AM

  • Please check in with the exact number of guests as reserved (including children). If the number of guests exceeds the booking details, the homestay reserves the right to deny check-in and process cancellations according to Tourism Administration’s Standardized Contract for Room Reservations.

  • ​ID or Passport verification is required upon check-in for registration purposes, ensuring transaction security and guest safety. According to Article 28 of the Homestay Management Regulations, guest records must be kept for six months, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

  • Paking Informatin: A parking lot is available on-site, accommodating up to 4 cars. Additional parking is available along the white lines on the roadside in front of  the rice field and osmanthus trees near our entrance. Please do not park in front of neighbors' houses or garages.

  • We do not provide disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, or razors. But we will provide body wash, shampoo, towels and High-power hair dryers.  

  • We provide 100% natural, non-toxic Sonmil latex mattresses—extra thick, antibacterial, and the best spinal support!

  • Kitchen is not open to the public. 

  • Tongluo central is within 10-minute walk. Many dining options are available nearby. 

  • No smoking and no betel nut chewing inside the homestay. Smokers may use the rooftop terrace or walk 10 meters to the rice field. Violations will result in A fine of NT$2,000 - NT$10,000, as per local regulations. Double the room rate penalty for the affected stay. Immediate check-out without refund if guests refuse to comply.

  • Quiet Hours (22:00 - 08:00): To ensure a peaceful stay, please keep voices down in rooms and common areas during quiet hours. Public spaces (1F lounge & Rooftop) are closed during quiet hours.

  • Restricted Activities: For the comfort of all guests, the following are not allowed: cooking & barbecuing, fireworks, gambling, and karaoke. 

  • Visitor Policy: non-staying guests are welcome but must leave before 22:00 to avoid disturbing other guests.

【Cancellation & Rescheduling】

According to the Tourism Administration’s Standardized Contract for Room Reservations, guests who cancel their reservations must notify the homestay in advance and are entitled to a refund of the deposit based on the following schedule:

  • For rescheduling, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. We will retain your reservation once, valid for up to one year.

  • If a typhoon, earthquake, or other force majeure event prevents check-in, postponement will be allowed only if the Miaoli County Government officially announces a "work and school suspension."
